1. General By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products All leaders and related products sold on this website are intended for lawful recreational or commercial fishing use only. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or images are error-free.

3. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We utilize WooPayments to securely process payment data; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Shipping Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

• Risk of Loss: While we assist in resolving shipping issues where possible, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

• International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: Unused and undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

• Exclusions: Custom-made, cut-to-length, or used leaders are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

6. Product Use & Liability Disclaimer Fishing involves inherent risks. By purchasing and using Huskie Muskie Leaders, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with fishing activities. We are not responsible for:

• Breakage, failure, or wear of leaders during use.

• Loss of fish, tackle, or equipment.

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from product use or misuse.

All products are used strictly at the customer’s own risk.

7. Warranty Unless otherwise stated, products are sold “as is” with no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Huskie Muskie Leaders and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout (name, address, email) is used solely for order fulfillment and customer communication. Financial transactions are encrypted and processed by our third-party provider (WooPayments/Stripe). We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
